Flashing Cement (Contractor Grade) is a heavy-bodied asphaltic roof cement for use in a cold process, built-up roofing where a pliable, plastic body waterproof product is required. It creamy consistency makes it excellent for sealing holes and cracks around chimneys, downspouts, skylights, vent pipes, gutters, and valleys. Also, excellent for sealing cracks in foundations and outside walls. Use on flat or steep roofs made of concrete, felt, metal, and composition. It will not run in hot weather or crack in cold weather, but keeps an elastic effect which expands and contracts with temperature changes.
